Why we exist
The way organisations access leadership is changing. More experienced executives across MENA are choosing fractional careers, while businesses increasingly need senior, specialised expertise for specific stages, challenges and opportunities. Yet discovering that expertise still depends heavily on referrals, personal networks and knowing the right person at the right time.
We believe there should be a better way.
